Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in clinical laboratory science. Successful completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Science program or equivalent certification. At least four years of relevant experience. Strong technical skills with instrumentation, troubleshooting, and quality control. Ability to interpret complex test results and assist in implementing new testing methods. Excellent communication, teamwork, and training abilities. Compliance with competency and proficiency requirements, including passing exams. Key Responsibilities: Perform laboratory analyses and interpret results accurately. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laboratory instruments. Assist in evaluating and validating new testing methods, products, and equipment. Support quality assurance, proficiency testing, and maintenance activities. Participate in training and mentoring team members. Contribute to procedural reviews and inventory management. Maintain current knowledge through ongoing education and competency assessments. Work is performed in a clinical setting, adhering to organizational policies and safety standards.
